Stay With Me was unable to record a race win as a two-year-old, but she has stamped herself as a leading Thousand Guineas contender with two wins from as many race starts this preparation.

The daughter of Miss Finland recorded a maiden race win with a dominant four and a half lengths victory in the APM Group Plate (1200m) at Pakenham on August 20 and backed that win up with an impressive victory in the Listed Atlantic Jewel Stakes (1200m) at Moonee Valley on September 5.

Pasadena Girl chased Stay With Me home in the Atlantic Jewel Stakes and she will likely receive the chance to turn-the-tables on her rival in the Thousand Guineas.

The Savabeel filly recorded three wins from four starts as a two-year-old, highlighted by her win in the Group 1 Champagne Stakes (1600m) at Royal Randwick on April 18, and she lost no admirers with her second place finish on Saturday.

Another filly that has made a winning start to her 2015 Spring Racing Carnival campaign is Speak Fondly and she has been included in the 2015 Thousand Guineas first acceptances, but she is no certainty to make the trip to Melbourne for the race.

Speak Fondly led from start to finish when she started her spring campaign in the Group 2 Silver Shadow Stakes (1200m) at Royal Randwick on August 22 and she stamped herself as a leading Golden Rose Stakes contender with another smart win in the Group 2 Furious Stakes (1200m) at Royal Randwick on September 5.

She remains in contention for the Thousand Guineas, but trainer Gai Waterhouse revealed last week that the daughter of Northern Meteor is likely to remain in Sydney for the Group 1 Flight Stakes (1600m) at Royal Randwick on October 3.

Petits Filous is another filly that has been included in the 2015 Thousand Guineas first acceptances that is unlikely to actually contest the Group 1 event.

The Street Boss filly made her racing debut with a dominant six lengths victory in the Telstra Phonewords Handicap (1000m) at Moonee Valley on July 15 and she recorded another soft victory in the United Refrigeration Handicap (1000m) at the same venue on August 1 before she led from start to finish in the Group 3 Quezette Stakes (1100m) at Caulfield on August 15.

Petits Filous is set to return to the races in the Listed Cap D’Antibes Stakes (1100m) at Flemington on Saturday and will likely be kept at sprint distances for the rest of her spring preparation.

Ottoman, Lake Geneva, Reemah, Sagaronne, Jameka, Fireworks, Antelucan, Harlem River, Kimberley Star, Flamboyant Lass and Alaskan Rose are other notable horses in the 2015 Thousand Guineas first acceptances.
