Madeenaty was very impressive in scoring on debut in the Listed $120,000 Maribyrnong Trial Stakes (1000m) at Flemington October 2 and even though she was beaten as favourite when third in the Group 3 $150,000 Ottawa Stakes (1000m) at Flemington on Melbourne Cup Day, Ladbrokes.com.au still have her at the top of the market order at $6.

“Being a sales graduate, all things going well, she will head to the Magic Millions race in January,” co-trainer David Hayes said after the filly’s win in the Maribyrnong Trial Stakes.

“She looks pretty smart, she’s the real deal.”

The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott trained Invincible Star was just as impressive in winning the Ottawa Stakes and is the second pick for the Magic Millions 2yo Classic at $9.

The I Am Invincible filly was $200,000 purchase at the 2016 Magic Millions Yearling Sales last January.

On the third line of betting at $13 is the impressive Chris Munce trained debut winner Ours To Keep who scored a run away win in a 1050m two year old Plate at Doomben on October 1.

The Gerald Ryan trained Snitzel filly Chauffeur is yet to race but is next in the betting at $15 on the strength of a second in an 850m Randwick barrier trial on September 19.

Also at $15 in the Peter and Paul Snowden trained Invader who is yet to barrier trial or race but could give the Randwick trainers back to back Magic Millions 2yo Classic wins after Capitalist strolled away from his opposition to collect the winning trophy in January.

Invader, a colt by Snitzel out of Flame Of Sydney, was a $475,000 purchase at the Magic Millions Yearling Sales in January and has Newgate Farm and the China Horse Club as part of the ownership group.

Early market order for the Magic Millions 2yo Classic at Ladbrokes.com.au: $6 Madeenaty, $9 Invincible Star, $13 Ours To Keep, $15 Chauffeur, Invader, $17 Cellargirl, Pretty Fast, $19 Champ Elect, $21 Bring It Home Pop, Eshtiraak, $26 or better the rest.
