Trainer David Hayes anticipates that Sheidel will get the run of the race from the inside barrier in the Group 1 $400,000 UBET Classic (Registered as Robert Sangster Stakes) (1200m) at Morphettville on Saturday.

Sheidel has drawn barrier one in the capacity twenty horse field and Matthew Neilson will give her every opportunity to repeat her last start winning effort at Caulfield for Damien Oliver.
Oliver had the Holy Roman Emperor mare quickly out of the gates and after settling her just off the pace, let her stride on the home turn and was then able to hold off all challengers in the run to the line.
“Drawn barrier one. A very fast filly. Could have led them the other day when she won. She will probably box seat and get a lovely run,” Hayes said.
Hayes, who trains in partnership with Tom Dabernig at Lindsay Park, will also saddle up Miss Promiscuity and Wawail in the Robert Sangster Stakes.
Miss Promiscuity is chasing a hat trick after two wins at Caulfield in a 1100m Mares Handicap on March 26 and in the $250,000 VOBIS Gold Sprint (1200m) but her chances have been hampered by a horror barrier draw.
The five year old mare drew barrier twenty-one in the original draw in the twenty horse field plus three emergencies and will jump from eighteen when the three emergencies are officially scratched on Saturday morning.
Hayes expects Luke Nolen to go forward on Miss Promiscutiy from the wide gate and can see her figuring in the finish if things go her way in the early stages.
“Comes in a few. She has terrific tactical speed. She will definitely come across and she will be right on the pace,” Hayes said.
“If she doesn’t get too bad a run, she will be right in the finish.”
Hayes is also giving Wawail a good chance from a midfield barrier after being freshened up after finishing seventh to Miss Rose De Lago in the Group 2 $200,000 Sunline Stakes (1600m) at Moonee Valley on March 24.
Wawail has recorded two wins in Group company when she won the 2015 Group 2 $200,000 TAB Kewney Stakes (1400m) at Flemington and then two starts back won the Group 3 $150,000 Frances Tressady Stakes (1400m) at Flemington on March 5.
“She has been saved for this, but is really a genuine Group 1 race. She is a Group 2 winner and hopefully she can step up,” Hayes said.
“She will get a really good run from the gate.”
Damian Lane takes over from Damien Oliver who has been on Wawail at her last two starts.
Sheidel is the most fancied of the Hayes and Dabernig three runners in the Robert Sangster Stakes and is marked at $ 14 with Ladbrokes.com.au with Miss Promiscuity at $19 while Wawail is one of the outsiders of the field at $31.
