Rosehill trainer Gerald Ryan will stick with his original plan and run Solicit and Peace Force in the rescheduled Group 3 $150,000 The 2015 Darley Crown (1300m) at Rosehill on Saturday.

The Darley Crown was programed to be run at Hawkesbury’s stand-alone meeting last Saturday but the meeting was washed out after one race was completed.
Racing New South Wales then shifted two of the three feature races on the card, the Darley Crown and the Group 3 $150,000 Blacktown Workers Hawkesbury Guineas (1400m), to Saturday’s Rosehill meeting while the Group 3 $150,000 Panthers Hawkesbury Gold Cup (1600m) has been transferred to Warwick Farm on Wednesday as a 1600m Handicap.
“Solicit and Peace Force will run in the Darley Crown but that would probably rule them out of Scone,” Ryan told AAP.
“The Glenlogan Park Stakes in Brisbane two weeks later would be the option for them.”
The $200,000 Dark Jewel Classic (1400m) for the fillies and mares at Scone’s metropolitan status stand-alone meeting on May 16 would have been a good progression for Ryan’s two mares being two weeks between runs.
Now with the Darley Crown being run a week later Ryan has ruled out running Solicit and Peace Force at Scone and will now head to the Group 3 $150,000 Glenlogan Park Stakes (1350m) at Doomben on May 23.
Ryan has taken the blinkers off Solicit hoping to try to improve the Street Cry mare on her last start eleventh to Adorabeel in the Group 3 $150,000 Aspiration Quality (1600m) at Randwick on March 7.
Peace Force is set to resume from a spell and had good restricted class form with three wins before her latest second to Mamwaazel in the Group 3 $125,000 Gosford RSL Belle Of The Turf Stakes (1600m) at Gosford on January 9.
New nominations were called for the Darley Crown with twenty-three fillies and mares entered which includes the majority of the horses that were set to go around last Saturday at Hawkesbury.
Sydney’s premier trainer Chris Waller has nominated three for the Darley Crown, Belle De Coeur, Calming Influence and Mamwaazel while Gai Waterhouse has two in the new nominations, Najoom and Nayeli.
Waterhouse has also entered her two fillies in the rescheduled Hawkesbury Guineas as well as last start mid-week winner Eisenhower.
