Rudy’s best finishing effort at Group 1 level was a third, three starts back, behind Sense Of Occasion and Star Exhibit in the   $650,000 Hardy Brothers Doomben Cup (2000m) at Doomben on May 20.

At his next start the Helen Page trained six year old was beaten one and a quarter lengths when second to Single Gaze in the Group 2 $200,000 Pages Event Equipment Hire P J O’Shea Stakes (2200m) at Doomben on June 3 and then ran fifth to Chocante in the Group 2 $300,000 Evergreen Turf Brisbane Cup (2200m) at Doomben a week later.

Toowoomba trained Jumbo Prince is second in weight order with 57kg and is coming off a last start third behind Self Sense and Benzini in last Saturday’s Listed $175,000 Channel 7 Ipswich Cup (2150m) at Ipswich.

Team Hawkes have entered the consistent Tucanchoo who has been given 56kg for the Tattersall’s Cup after being placed at his last three starts in in the South.

The seven year old has had his distances gradually increased as he builds up to the 2200m distance of Saturday’s race and after running third over 1400m in a Flemington Handicap on May 20 finished second in a Handicap over 1800m at Rosehill on June 3.

Tucanchoo then ran his usual honest race to finish in the runner’s up stall in a 2000m Handicap at Rosehill again last Saturday.

The remainder of the nominated brigade are weighted on the 54kg minimum and include four runners from the Darren Weir stables, Neverland, Tick Tick Bloom, Gallic Chieftain and I’ll Fly Away.

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was curious what all is needed to get setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100% positive. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you|
