2017 Randwick Guineas Results: Inference Wins

The 2017 Randwick Guineas Day results will be updated all afternoon at horseracing.com.au and hopefully the wet weather will stay away, so that the meeting will be completed.

The Randwick Guineas and Canterbury Stakes are the two Group 1 events at Royal Randwick this afternoon and both races will be very competitive affairs.

Chris Waller-trained Comin’ Through ($3.80) is a narrow favourite from the well-backed Invincible Gem ($4), Hobartville Stakes winner Man From Uncle ($5), Team Hawkes-trained Inference ($6.50) and Godolphin-owned Malaise ($9.50).

Chautauqua ($3) is clinging onto favouritism in 2017 Canterbury Stakes betting markets with Ladbrokes from Bjorn Baker-trained Music Magnate ($3.80), 2016 Royal Randwick Guineas winner Le Romain ($5) and Kiwi three-year-old Ugo Foscolo ($7.50).
