Unusual Suspect may lead the Caulfield Cup today

There could be a surprise leader on today’s Caulfield Cup with Mick Kent advising steward’s that bolter Unusual Suspect will be allowed to stride without being restrained.

The slow paced predicted for the Cup by many may now be turned on its head.

Kent with three runners in today’s race, including Absolutely and Domesky is hoping to win his first Caulfield Cup.

A quick pace could aid stablemate Absolutely who will be trying to find  cover from her wide draw in 22.
