Racing Victoria (RVL) will take a few tips from the AFL Tribunal system in order to stop jockeys exploiting the existing appeals process.

Nash Rawiller‘s application for stay of proceedings to VCAT has been declined and he won’t ride Unusual Suspect in the Melbourne Cup.

Rawiller was suspended for eight meetings on a careless riding charge also at Bendigo.
