Nash Rawiller out Brad Rawiller in – 2011 Melbourne Cup

Nash Rawiller‘s application for stay of proceedings to VCAT has been declined and he won’t ride Unusual Suspect in the Melbourne Cup.

Rawiller was suspended for eight meetings on a careless riding charge also at Bendigo.

His original appeal was dismissed by the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board last Friday.

The RAD Board shaved one meeting off his penalty.

Brother Brad Rawiller wil ride the  US import Unusual Suspect for Mick Kent in the Cup.
