Kenedna was available at Australian Oaks odds of $3.60 earlier in the week, but there has been consistent support for the daughter of Not A Single Doubt ahead of her Group 1 debut.

The three-year-old stamped herself as a filly to watch with her first-up win in the Group 3 The Vanity (1400m) at Flemington on February 18 and she was third behind I Am A Star and Ellicazoom in the Group 2 Kewney Stakes (1400m) at the same venue on March 11.

She was sent to Adelaide for the Listed Laelia Stakes (1600m) at Morphettville on April 8 and she confirmed her status as Australasian Oaks favourite with an impressive victory in the Group 3 Auraria Stakes (1800m) on April 22.

While Keneda remains favourite in 2017 Australasian Oaks betting markets, the best-backed runner with Ladbrokes has been the ultra-consistent Toffee Nose.

Toffee Nose heads into the Australasian Oaks on the back of an impressive win over 2000 metres in the VOBIS Gold Heath (2000m) at Caulfield on April 22 and she has been backed from $9 into $6.50.

The other horse at the top of the Australasian Oaks market is Chris Waller-trained Egg Tart, who has drifted from $3.90 out to $4.50 in the past 24 hours.

Egg Tart finished her Spring campaign with a dominant win at Canterbury and she has returned to races this preparation with three very comfortable wins at Newcastle, Warwick Farm and Flemington.

The Australasian Oaks odds of Harlow Gold ($15 into $13), With A Bit Of Dash ($31 into $26) and Sedanzer ($26 into $21) have all drifted in the past 24 hours, while Sebring Dream ($16 out to $21), Pretty Punk ($26 out to $34), Moqueen ($21 out to $67), Ceylon ($34 out to $91), Tiffany’s Lass ($101 out to $151) and Star Patriot ($61 out to $151) have all been on the drift.
