Sixteen three year olds plus four emergencies made up the final field for the Geelong Classic at acceptance time today with Nemrud coming up with a good barrier draw at five.

James McDonald hops back on Nemrud who sits at the top of the Geelong Classic market order at $3.60 with Ladbrokes.com.au after a last start second to Moqueen in the Listed $125,000 Dulcify Quality (1600m) at Randwick on October 1.
