While Miss Promiscuity will never be in the same class as multiple Group 1 winner Typhoon Tracy, the Peter Moody trained filly could have her name etched beside the great mares name if she can win the Group 3 $120,000 Simpson Construction Typhoon Tracy Stakes (1200m) at Moonee Valley tonight.

Miss Promiscuity has won her last two starts in restricted class at Moonee Valley and Flemington and Moody says that the Magnus filly is well placed to make it three wins on the trot.
“It looks like a suitable race for her,” Moody told Racing Victoria News.
“She’s had a little bit of a freshen-up since her last run and I’m happy with her going into the race.
“She’ll be somewhere on the speed from barrier one and she’s in great order.”
Miss Promiscuity’s win two starts back over tonight’s course and distance shows her liking for the tricky Moonee Valley track with a four lengths victory giving Linda Meech an easy ride.
Meech was aboard again at Flemington but stable rider Luke Nolen takes over the reins tonight.
Nolen was aboard the Moody trained Typhoon Tracy in five of her six Group 1 wins with Glen Boss winning her initial Group 1 in the 2009 $600,000 Coolmore Classic (1500m) at Rosehill.
Typhoon Tracy’s other Group 1 wins were two $400,000 C.F. Orr Stakes (1400m) at Caulfield, the $400,000 Futurity Stakes (1400m) at Caulfield, the $500,000 Myer Classic (1600m) at Flemington and the $400,000 Queen Of The Turf Stakes (1500m) at Rosehill.
Typhoon Tracy was one of the special gallopers that helped Moody reach the great heights that he has achieved including four Melbourne trainer’s premierships and forty plus Group 1 wins which includes Black Caviar’s historic win in the Group 1 £500,000 The Diamond Jubilee Stakes (6 furlongs) at Royal Ascot in 2012.
Miss Promiscuity has been installed the $1.95 favourite for the Typhoon Tracy Stakes with Ladbrokes.com.au in front of the Western Australian trained filly Miss Rose De Lago at $4.80.
Those two fillies dominate the betting in front of the Mick Kent trained Miss Steele at $9 with Montsegur, The Huntress and The Special Two all on the $10 line.
A win by Miss Promiscuity could kick off a big weekend for the Moody who will saddle up top fancy Moment Of Change in the Group 1 $500,000 Cathay Pacific Futurity Stakes (1400m) at Caulfield on Saturday.
