The good drying track Warwick Farm is now rated a Good 3 for today’s big Villier Stakes meet with generally good weather.

There is a chance of light showers later in the day but the track is expected to stay good. It is pretty much the same story throughout Australia with a low percentage of rain possible but not enough to to deteriorate any track.

Besides the Villier Stakes the Cox Stakes (2100m) at Ascot is the other Group 2 event being conducted today.

There are also other Listed races at Eagle Farm, Warwick Farm and Ascot to be conducted.

UniTAB is conducting a $200,000 first four jackpot on The Listed Gold Edition Plate at Eagle Farm 4.15pm Queensland time. It also has a Villiers Stakes trifecta jackpot of $123,501 at Warwick Farm (3.25 Aust. EST).

The NSW TAB have a Big 6 jackpot of $290,000 with the current pool over $700,000.
