London Lolly made her racing debut with an erratic performance behind Eloping in the Listed Blue Diamond Preview (1000m) at Caulfield on January 25 and she did plenty wrong when second behind Matilija in the Quest Moonee Valley Handicap (1000m) on February 14.

The Charge Forward filly scored her maiden race win with an impressive performance in the Listed St Albans Stakes (1200m) at Moonee Valley on March 14 and she scored a one and a half lengths win over subsequent Champagne Stakes winner Go Indy Go in the Group 3 Breeders’ Stakes (1200) at Morphettville on March 29.

London Lolly appeared on track for her 2014 Spring Racing Carnival campaign when she scored an impressive victory in a jump out over 800 metres at Flemington on Friday and she is expected to be one of the best-backed runners in Quezette Stakes betting markets.

Another filly in the Quezette Stakes nominations that recorded a win at black type level as a two-year-old is Lloyd Kennewell-trained Sunset Rock.

Sunset Rock made her racing debut with a second place finish at Morphettville on February 22 before she led all the way to win the Listed Cinderella Stakes (1050m) from Go Indy Go at Morphettville on March 10.

Robbie Griffiths-trained Down The Hatch has been included in the Quezette Stakes nominations and is set to have a fitness edge over the majority of her rivals in the Listed race.

Down The Hatch made her racing debut with a fifth place finish at Donald on June 19 and she scored a narrow win in the OfficeChoice Plate (1008m) at Sale on June 19 before stamping herself as a filly to watch with a win in the National Jockeys Celebration Day Handicap (1000m) at Moonee Valley on August 2.

Another filly that will be taking winning form into the Quezette Stakes is Mick Price-trained Royal Snitzel, who was included in the nominations for the Group 1 Thousand Guineas (1600m) that were released last week.

Royal Snitzel beat Down The Hatch on debut in the Hygain Plate (1002m) at Donald on June 19 and scored an impressive win over a strong field in the Ascend Sales Trophies Handicap (1100m) at Caulfield on July 5.

Other interesting fillies in the 2014 Quezette Stakes nominations include All Sewn Up, Clover Lane, Empress O’Reilly, Novel Dancer, Top Dolly and Sabatini.
