Honesty Prevails showed that she had plenty of talent when she recorded a four lengths victory in a barrier trial over 1050 metres at Royal Randwick on January 12 and she was far too good for her rivals when she made her racing debut in the Group 3 Widden Stakes (1100m) at Rosehill Gardens on January 30.

The Redoute’s Choice filly was given a freshen-up following her Widden Stakes win and trainer Rick Worthington believes that she is a stronger horse ahead of the Reisling Stakes and the Golden Slipper.

The other undefeated horse in the 2016 Reisling Stakes field is Marc Connors-trained Super Too, who will jump from barrier three with Winona Costin in the saddle.

Super Too made her racing debut with a professional victory in the Lightning Ridge Plate (1000m) at Canberra on February 21, but she will face a far tougher task in the Reisling Stakes this weekend.

French Fern and Echappe will both also take winning form into the Reisling Stakes following their wins at Canterbury and Bathurst last start.

One of the most talented horses in the 2016 Reisling Stakes field is Calliope, who made her racing debut with a fast-finishing victory in the Listed Gimcrack Stakes (1000m) at Royal Randwick on October 3.

Calliope returned to the races in the Group 2 Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Fillies Prelude (1100m) and she finished an unconvincing fifth, but Godolphin are hoping for an improved performance in the Reisling Stakes this weekend.

Quick Feet is also set to back-up from the Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Fillies Prelude, a race in which she led in the early stages but she tired late to finish seventh behind Samara Dancer.

Queensland will be represented in the 2016 Reisling Stakes field by Zelady’s Night Out, who has not been seen at the races since she finished ninth behind Capitalist in the Magic Millions Classic.

Zelady’s Night Out started her racing career with a dominant win in the 4-Game Flexi Membership Handicap (1050m) at Doomben on November 14 and she went on to take out the Listed Calaway Gal Stakes (1050m) at Doomben on December 12 and the Group 3 BJ McLachlan Stakes (1200m) at the Gold Coast on Boxing Day.

The past five winners of the Reisling Stakes have all gone on to either win the Golden Slipper or finish in the placings.
