Earthquake won the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) in March before she finished a close second in the Group 1 Golden Slipper (1200m) during the 2014 Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival, but she suffered a surprise loss when she finished third behind Winx in the Group 2 Furious Stakes (1200m) at Royal Randwick on Saturday.

Former stablemate Guelph lost in the Furious Stakes first-up during the 2014 Spring Racing Carnival before she went on to claim the Flight Stakes/Thousand Guineas double and both races are on the agenda for Earthquake.

Peggy Jean also contested the same race and was never able to get into the contest before finishing fifth, but remains a Thousand Guineas contender if she can return to the form that she showed when she won the Group 1 Sires Produce Stakes (1400m) during her autumn preparation.

Go Indy Go rounds out the Group 1 winners that have been included in the 2014 Thousand Guineas acceptances and the Champagne Stakes winner is set to start her preparation in the Group 2 Danehill Stakes (1200m) on Saturday.

The talented filly is already a proven performer over a mile and she has been set for a tilt at both the Thousand Guineas and the Group 1 Crown Oaks (2400m) by trainer Leon Macdonald.

Bring Me The Maid is yet to record a Group 1 victory, but will have the opportunity to add a win at the highest level of racing to her resume when she contests the Group 1 Golden Rose Stakes (1400m) on Saturday.

The Sebring filly finished third behind Mossfun and Earthquake in the Group 1 Golden Slipper (1400m) at the end of her autumn preparation and she resumed with an impressive win in the Silver Shadow Stakes (1200m) at Royal Randwick on August 23.

Winx stamped herself as a genuine Group 1 contender with an impressive victory in the Furious Stakes last weekend and she has been included in the Thousand Guineas first acceptances, while Waller has also included Amicus in the entries for the race.

Other notable fillies included in the 2014 Thousand Guineas first acceptances are Team Hawkes-trained Lady Sharapova, last start winner Tawteen, the consistent Ygritte and Queensland-based galloper Traveston Girl.
