Extreme Choice stamped himself as a horse to watch when he made his racing debut with a smart performance in the Inglis Nursey (1000m) at Royal Randwick on December 12 and he justified his position as the clear Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Stakes favourite when he recorded a dominant four and a half lengths victory in the Group 3 Chairman’s Stakes (1000m) at Caulfield on February 6.
The Not A Single Doubt colt drifted from $2.80 to $3 when he was allocated a wide barrier at the 2016 Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Stakes barrier draw, but he has been solid in the last 12 hours and looks likely to start the race as favourite.
Extreme Choice is joined in the Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Stakes field by stablemate Flying Artie and the talented colt is currently on the second line of betting at a quote of $4.40.

Samara Dancer made her racing debut with a very impressive win in the Dalziel Racing Plate (1050m) at Morphettville on November 28 and she justified a massive betting plunge when she proved far too good for her rivals in the Group 2 Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Fillies Prelude (1100m) at Caulfield on February 13.
The only other horse that is available at single figure Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Stakes odds is Concealer, who chased home Samara Dancer to finish second in the Ladbrokes Blue Diamond Fillies Prelude.
Before that Concealer took out the Group 3 Emirates Airline Plate (1000m) at Flemington on Melbourne Cup Day and she arguably would have turned-the-tables on her rival in the Blue Diamond Prelude, if she had been able to jump from the gates cleanly.
