Former New Zealand rider Jason Collett is hoping his good luck continues when he rides She’s Clean in Saturday’s Group 1 $500,000 Sky Racing Tattersall’s Tiara (1400m) at Eagle Farm.

Collett was in danger of losing the ride on the in-form She’s Clean but only received a reprimand when found guilty of careless riding at Rosehill last Saturday.
The young jockey is in search of his first Group 1 success and will team up again with the Chris Waller trained She’s Clean after having won on the mare at her two previous outings.
Waller is keen to test the Redoute’s Choice four year old at the highest level after winning at Listed level last start in the $100,000 June Stakes (1200m) at Randwick on June 8.
The all-conquering Waller stable will also saddle up top fancy Red Tracer who returned to winning form in the Group 2 $200,000 Patinack Farm Dane Ripper Stakes (1400m) at Eagle Farm on June 8.
“They are two similar fillies,” Collett said.
“They both just try so hard and I’m looking forward to the Group One.”
“I’m also riding Thumbtacks for Chris in the Tatt’s Mile.”
Nash Rawiller will again be aboard Red Tracer after winning on the five year old in the Dane Ripper Stakes.
Collett has teamed up with Waller since making the move from New Zealand this season and is currently in equal ninth position with Jim Cassidy on the Sydney jockey premiership with forty wins while Hugh Bowman is well clear in the lead with sixty-six and a half wins.
Waller has brought She’s Clean steadily up through the classes and the mare has now won eight of her sixteen starts making it two at Listed level last start after winning the Listed $100,000 Invermien Triscay Stakes (1200m) at Warwick Farm on February 23 at the end of her last preparation.
At Warwick Farm She’s Clean showed her class by nosing out the Guy Walter trained Appearance who went on to win two Group 1 races later in the Autumn, the $600,000 Coolmore Classic (1500m) and the $400,000 Inglis Queen Of The Turf Stakes (1500m) both at Rosehill.
Waller will end the season as the nation’s number one Group 1 trainer and could take his tally to nine if successful with either She’s Clean or Red Tracer in the last Group 1 race of the season.
The premiership trainer is currently two Group1 wins ahead of rival Sydney trainer Gai Waterhouse who won’t have a runner in the Tattersall’s Tiara on Saturday.
Waller is also on target for his third Sydney trainer’s title and has already trained a staggering 152.5 winners with six weeks of the season still to go.
