Boss Back To The Country Track

Albury Racecourse will get a massive boost this Friday with the presence of arguably Australia’s most in form jockey Glen Boss.

He’s the winner of the biggest events in Australia including his immortal three victories in the Melbourne Cup, but this week he’s back to the country to slug it out with the a host of jockeys looking to claim a prized scalp.

His current form is impeccable, riding both Group 1 winners in Sydney last Saturday as well as two more victories on the same card.

He travels to Albury to steer the Robert Smerdon trained Paddy O’Reilly.

It will be a challenge after the horse finished fourth last start, but with Boss on board anything can happen in Albury this Friday.

It will only be a short trip though with Boss dashing back to Moonee Valley that night in time to take the ride of Plain Lucky for trainer Mick Price.
