The Teofilo five year old will be having his first start back since running second to Jameka in the Group 1 $1.5m The BMW (2400m) at Rosehill during the 2017 Sydney Autumn Carnival.

French import Gailo Chop will be having his first run for the Weir stable but has won a Group 1 on Australian soil under French trainer Antoine de Watrigant when he lead all of the way to win the 2015 $1m Longines Mackinnon Stakes (2000m) at Flemington.

Caulfield trainer Mick Price has nominated two for the P.B. Lawrence Stakes, Duke Of Brunswick and Lankan Rupee who is also entered for the Group 3 $120,000 David R Coles AM Spring Stakes (1200m) at Morphettville on Saturday.

Multiple Group 1 winner Hartnell is the only horse from the Goldolphin stable entered for the P.B. Lawrence Stakes and will be having his first run back after finishing second to Winx in the Group 1 $4m Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes (2000m) at Randwick on April 8.
